Mr. Winston Lee Horn was born on February 24, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Gracie O'Dell Flannel Horn and Otha Horn, Sr. 

Mr. Winston attended high school in Little Rock, Arkansas. He lived in Orlando, Florida with his family.  
Winston  was preceded in death by his Parents: Gracie O'Dell Flannel Horn and Otha Horn, Sr.; Sisters: Dori Hibbler, Reatha Railey, and  Josephine Horn; Brothers: Otha Horn, Jr., Thomas Horn, Clifford E. Horn, Eddie L. Horn, Freddie L. Horn, and Baby Boy Horn. Winston leaves to cherish loving memories to his Loving Siblings: Sisters: Ossie M. Bridges (Henderson ) of Orlando, Florida, Emestine Barnes ( Rev. George ) of Arkansas, Patricia Sewins of  Arkansas, and Joyce Railey of  Arkansas; Brothers: Alvertis Horn (Dr. Velvert) and Leo Horn ( Joyce) of Arkansas; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, other loving family and friends who will truly miss him dearly.
