Ms. Teresa Simmons known as “Queen Beautiful” was born on January 23, 1972 in Orlando, FL to Algie      Simmons and Maerene Simmons.

Ms. Teresa was well educated in Orange County Public School and some college education for Nursing. Teresa was employed with Orange County Corrections for 13yrs. In June 2011 she decided to move her family to the Washington D.C. area where she continued her career in Law Enforcement, a career she was very  passionate about. For 6 years she was Supervisor for Security for Contellis Inc. in Washington D.C. She  enjoyed life to the fullest most importantly she loved her family. She was the life of the party if you were in her  presence, always had a joke, with a beautiful smile, and wanting to help others. 

She was preceded in death by her Father: Algie J.        Simmons; Maternal Grandmother: Mae Osie James; her   Maternal Father: Sellers James; Paternal Grandmother: Annie Mae Simmons; Paternal Grandfather: Algie J.  Simmons, Sr.; Sister: Daphine Renita Chapple;         Granddaughter: Queen Amor Grace Grant.

Teresa leaves to cherish loving and precious memories to her Mother: Maerene Simmons; Sons: Joshua A Browne, Jerrell A. Simmons, and Joel A. Simmons; Daughters: Autressa T. Everett, Delores A. Grant, Teresa Grant,  Aldrea L. Simmons, and Avia L. Jackson; God-Daughter: Sakina Washington; Brothers: Algie J. Simmons, Lafette Simmons, and Gabriel A. Simmons; Sister: Latrissa M. Joven-Fuents; Brother-In-Law: Randy Joven-Fuents; Five Grandchildren; Six Aunts; Four Uncles; and A host of  Nieces, Nephews,  other Sorrowing  Family and Grieving Friends who will miss her dearly.
