Tatton Orain Phillips “TOP” was born in Buff Bay, Portland, Jamaica, on July 14, 1982, to Collin Phillips and Carol Mahabeer. At the tender age of 12 years old, he migrated to the United States of America where he lived with his dad and family in New York and later in Kissimmee, Florida
He attended Osceola High School and graduated in 2000. In 2001, he joined the National Guard. After completing boot camp, he was involved in a motor vehicle accident which left him a quadriplegic.
TOP gave his live to Jesus and was a devout Christian. He shared his love and his life with others who suffered from his form of handicap. He was often invited to counsel others who were unfortunate to suffer misfortune similar to his own.
He went home to his heavenly Father on February 18, 2023. He is survived by his mom, Carol; father, Collin; brothers, Seymour and Claude; sisters, Kenseisha, Kemoy, and Catherine; friends, Sylvia Coleman and Roger Miller; and a host of great-aunts, aunts, uncles, cousins, other friends, and many more loved ones.
