Robert Enelus

There is so much to say about Robert, but time will not allow us to share all the wonderful memories we have of him. One thing we know for sure, he was a man among men. His integrity and kindness remain unparalleled, and his legacy is the exemplar.

Robert Enelus, affectionately called Izzo, was born on June 6, 1974 to parents Jean Claude Enelus and Gladys Etienne in Nyack, New York. He attended Spring Valley High School. Throughout his life he had a passion for entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship for him meant that he would have much freedom, satisfaction and flexibility in his life. Through his many entrepreneurial skills he was able to explore opportunities, think up new ideas and meet new people throughout his life course. Robert loved living in New York, that’s where he thrived. Brooklyn and the Bronx was his home where he had many that respected him for his fearless, genuine and sincere soul.

When he was not engaging in business activities, he was spending time with the ones he loved and spreading the love of God. He had deep love for his family- especially his phenomenal sons-Issac and Izekel which he kept very close to his heart.  Robert also had a special place in his soul for his brothers and sisters which he had everlasting memories with, which will live on forever in each of them. He had a beautiful smile that made us feel light when we were weighed down with challenges in life. He gave very good advice and made everyone feel much better after speaking to him as he always knew what to say, Robert Truly Had a Heart gold.

Robert’s death was sudden, but his life was not faint.  His memory will always be with us, and his legacy will continue through us all.  We will miss him dearly, but we are so grateful for the many memories we shared with him, and we will never for a second forget them. As he would always say when ending a conversation, “Peace be with you-Robert”.

You brought immense joy and fulfillment to many, and your legacy will forever live on.
