Mrs. Pearlie Mae Bailey Nedd was born on May 8, 1954, in Caruthersville, Missouri to Josephine and   Andrew C. Bailey. She lived in Bronx, New York, and was a High School Graduate. Pearlie met and married the love of her life Trevor Graham in Bronx, New York.

Pearlie leaves to cherish loving and precious memories to her Loving Husband: Trevor Graham; Two Sons: Darrick L. Bailey (Monica) of Fayetteville, NC and  Trevor Nedd of Bronx, NY; Three Grandchildren: Darrick L. Bailey, Jr. of Raleigh, NC, Kayla Nedd of Tampa, FL, and Trevor Nedd, Jr. of Bronx, NY; Two Sisters: Rohelia Cerphine (Jacques) of Orlando, FL and Jacqueline Hatten (Richard) of Clermont, FL; One Brother: Evangelist Emmitt L. Wiseman (Laura), Aunt: Evelyn Byrd (Benny) of Wichita, KS; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and other Sorrowing Family, and Grieving Friends who will miss her dearly.
