Navlet Rhule Obituary

Navlet June Rhule was born on November 27, 1957, in Belfield, St. Catherine, Jamaica, to the late Rainford and Augustine Rhule. From a young age, she showed a quiet strength and joyful spirit that would come to define her life. She began her education at Marlie Hill

Primary School and continued at Old Harbor Secondary School, building the foundation for the loving, faithful woman she would become.

In 1996, she migrated to the United States on June 13th to join her mother and sisters in Houston, Texas. Just a year later, she moved to Orlando, Florida, where she found purpose and stability working in hospitality at Walt Disney World.

Navlet lived a life of service, faith, and love. She was energetic, always smiling and carried a light that brightened every space she entered. She enjoyed gospel music, attending church, and uplifting others with daily encouraging messages. Many will miss her thoughtful texts, her listening ear, and the gentle way she made everyone feel seen and cared for.

In 2019, Navlet suffered a stroke—but her spirit remained unshaken. Her faith in God never wavered, and neither did her deep love for her family. Even through physical challenges, she continued to nurture, support, and care for those around her. Her strength was quiet but unbreakable.

Navlet wore so many gentle names: a mother’s love, a friend’s warm flame, a grandmother’s sweet guiding light, and a soul who made the world feel right.

On June 12, 2025, Navlet departed this world, leaving behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and compassion. She leaves precious memories indelibly imprinted in the heart of her children—Brigette, Kerr, and Racheal—and her beloved grandchildren: Tyrek, Zakiya, Zakai, Tavorian, Malek, Tameya, Tokori, and Zendaya.

She is also survived by her sons-in-law—Corey and Valensha; her sisters—Florence and Patricia; brothers—William, Lenford, and Johnathan; and a host of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives, and friends who mourn her passing.

So here we stand—with love and pain—but thankful that we knew her name. A mother, grandmother, and dearest friend...Her light will never truly end.
