Makeisha Latasha Hightower was born on January 8, 1991, to Vercille Hightower and Kenneth Benjamin in Orlando, Florida.
Makeisha was educated in the Orange County school system.
Makeisha went to be with the Lord on January 22, 2021, and she is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Hightower.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her loving mother, Vercille Hightower Benjamin; daddy, Kenneth Benjamin; dog, King; sisters, Tamika Lawson (Marcus), Latanya Gavin of Fort
Lauderdale, and Shannon Hightower; brother, Warren and Rashard Hightower; uncle, Johnny White, Charles Hightower,
Calvin Hightower of Delware, and Kelvin Hightower (Kathryn); aunts, Shirley Hightower of Texas, and Gloria Hightower; and  special friend, Edgar Conde. A host of nieces, nephews, other
relatives and sorrowing friends.

Perhaps you aren’t ready yet
to have to say goodbye…
Perhaps you thought of things
You wish you’ d said, well so have I.
For one thing, I would have told you
not to worry about me…
I’m with the Lord in Heaven now
You knew that’s where I’d be.
I’m sorry that you’re feeling sad,
For I’m so happy now…
I’ve asked the Lord to ease your hurt
and comfort you, somehow.
It’s hard at the beginning
but I know you’ll make it through…
