Joyce Ann Carr was born on June 5, 1953 in Orlando, Florida to Aaron and Mildred Carr.

Joyce lived in Orlando, Florida, with her family. She attended Winter Park High and Jones High School. She had a big heart and believed in helping others. Her jokes or candid remarks always made you laugh. She loved people, especially children. She also loved old movies, music, and word books. She worked for Team Staffing for over twenty years.

Joyce is predeceased by her parents: Aaron and Mildred Carr and sisters: Doris Brown and Barbara Gordon.

Joyce leaves to cherish loving memories to her loving children: daughter: Laticia Starling of  Orlando, Florida; son: Lester Starling III of Orlando, Florida; three grandchildren: Altravious Hollinger of Orlando, Florida, Bryce Knight of Georgia, and Malik Allan of Orlando, Florida; four sisters: Cathy Carr and Jackie Carr of Orlando, Florida; nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends, who will miss her deeply.
