Jonel Janay Payne

Ms. Jonel Janay Payne was born on April 5, 2000  at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL, to the parents Jonathan Leon Payne and Roslean Love.

Ms. Jonel is known as "Nelly" was the youngest of five children. Raised up and down the states of Florida. Much like her mother, she was a fierce, vibrant, and spirited young woman that lit up any room. Gorgeous, hilarious, and outspoken are the perfect words to describe her. Although Nelly was born with a special heart condition she never let it determine who she was or how to live her life. She always aspired to be a      pediatric nurse and loves to sing with the voice of an angel. With the soul of a jokester, you’d never know what she was going to say or when she was going to roast you. She spared no one! Jonel was a real Black woman aka spoiled brat and she’d always let you know she was. Although she couldn’t bear children of her own she treated all her nieces and nephew like her own. If you knew Nelly personally then you’d know her love is one of a kind that will last many lifetimes. 

She was preceded in death by her Mother: Roslean Love.

Jonel leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories to her Loving Father: Jonathan Payne;  Sister: Kendra Love; Nephew: Travis Burke, Brothers: Darius Love and Nickcoles’  His Wife: Seleta Love; Their Daughters: Jalena, Nevaeh, Leah, and Queen; A Special Thanks to Aunt: Priscilla Wright;  A Couple of Her Many Best Friends:   Christian and Jatasia. Her memories will also be cherished by countless aunties and uncles.; and a host of other Loving Family and Grieving Friends who will miss her dearly.
