Johnnie passed away on April 6, 2026. He is predeceased by his Father, Johnnie C. Hawk Sr. and Mother, Lillie Bell Ousley.
He is survived by his children: Nichalla Hawk, Melissa Hawk, Lillie Hawk, April Wright, Jameel Holmes Sr., Keith Holmes Sr., Bernard Hawk, and Jeffery Hawk; Brothers and Sister: Greddie Hawk (Ansel), Melvin Crumb (Sharon), Willie Crumb, and James Crumb; Aunt and Uncle: Gladys Morgan and Lula Williams (Alfonso); a host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; a host of Nieces and Nephews and Loving Cousins; a Special
