Mr. John William Baker, Jr. was born on July 31, 1942, in Albany, Georgia to Mrs. Vera Quintas Bownes and Mr. John William Baker, Sr.
John attended Brevard County Public Schools in Cocoa, Florida. John moved to Apopka, Florida in 1968 and remained there until his demise. He worked many years at Plymouth Citrus until it closed. Then, he worked at Southland Construction until his health failed.
John leaves to cherish loving and precious memories to his Sons: John Randall Baker, John Tyrone Baker (Kiyoura), and Johnathan TyJuan Jones; Daughters: Karen Baker, Takeyla Baker (Ken), Jonnette Baker (Norris) and Phyllis Moss All of Apopka, Florida; Godson: Keshay of Apopka, Florida; Brothers: Wilfred Sanchez (Pamela) of Apopka, Florida, and Anthony Bownes of Newark, New Jersey; Sisters: Mildred Thomas (John) of Wichita, Texas, Margaret Dunbar (Charles) of Newark, New Jersey, and Marjorie Hepburn (John) of Palm Bay, Florida, Fourteen Grandchildren, Eleven Great-Grandchildren, and A host of Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, other Sorrowing Family and Grieving Friends who will miss him dearly.
