James C. Alexander was born in Apopka, Florida, on November 29, 1958, to Mary Ligon and Dennis Alexander.
James attended Apopka High School. He was employed at Zellwood Drum Service as a painter for 24 years.
On Saturday, January 11, 2020 James' precious life came to an unexpected end. There aren't enough words to say of the pain and hurt left behind knowing we would never get to see him again. God knows best and although we loved him so, God loved him best.
He is now with his parents Mary Ligon and father Dennis Alexander, and brother Milton Ligon.
To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.
Those left to treasure his memories are: Devoted wife: Sharon Smith Alexander, Zellwood, Florida; Two sons: Darius Alexander and Brandon Smith, both of Zellwood, Florida Four Sisters: Mary Ezell (Jimmie), Apopka, Florida; Mildred Myers, Apopka, Florida; Dorothy Sims (Daniel), Yvette Reynolds, Winter Garden, Florida; Two Brothers: Timothy Ligon and Dennis Alexander, both of Apopka, Florida; In-laws: Jerlean Smith, Zellwood, Florida; McArthur Williams of Apopka, Florida; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, relatives and friends to carry on as he Rests In Peace.
