Herman Bass

Herman Bass was born on April 2, 1951, to Ellen Tharpe Bass and Autman Bass in Perry, Georgia. He resided in Apopka, Florida. He received his education at Perry High School in Perry, Georgia. Herman passed away on October 27, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ellen Tharpe Bass and Autman Bass, and brother, Edgar Bass. ose left to cherish his memories, his loving and caring wife of 27 years, Mrs. Emma Marie Bass; six children, Rene Bass, Herman Bass, Jr., Michael Bass, Bridgett Lang, Herman Lang, and Jamar Bass; one stepdaughter, Tamara Lang; two stepsons, William Hicks (Cara) and Larry Griffin; grandchildren, La’Chasity Lang, William Hicks II, Manquez Lang, Emmanuel Brinson, K’mya Lang, Samaurya Hicks, Tamauris Hicks, Chaynce Hicks, and Nevaeh Bass; godson, Henry Pickard; four adopted children, Byron Cajuste, Dominique Cajuste, Aubrena Theus and Aubreyia Theus; three brothers, Carey Joe Bass, Larry Bass, and Johnny Lee Bass; four sisters, Jo Alice Willford (James), Betty Jean Primus (Henry), Mildred Smith (Humphrey), and Terry Bass; special nieces, LaKeisha, LaShern, and Sherrie; and special friends, Dorothy Thompson, Debra Wiley, Charles Day, and Fredie Davis.
