Gwendolyn Waits

Gwendolyn transcended on the evening of January 16, 2022, at 8:52 p.m. She was very loving and compassionate, and it showed through her smile every day. She was born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida, until her demise. She was preceded in death by: her loving parents, Dorothy and Clarence Waits, Sr.

“We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and present with the Lord.” II Corinthians 5:8

Gwendolyn leaves to cherish loving and precious memories: her Soulmate, Marion Jumper; son, Thaddeus Baxter; three sisters, the late Gloria Walters, Jeanette Waits, and Carolyn Blake; five brothers, the late Lawrence Waits, Clarence Waits, Jr. (Gloria Waits), the late Arnell Waits, Richard Waits, and Eddie Waits; two uncles, Jeddie King (Elma) and Leroy King (Cleo); and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and sorrowing friends. She will truly be missed.
