Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Eva L. Fencher, his father, Eddie L. Fencher Sr., brother, Reginald Fencher, sister Felicia F. Brown and Linda Woods.

He is survived by his three children: Tiffani Pitts (Kerry), Cameron Fencher, and Keisha Fencher; brother Derrick Fencher Sr. (Beverly); sisters Valorie Martin (Freddie), Sabrina Jones (Bob); Brother Arthur Fencher (Tresca); uncles Gillis Neal and Jimmy Williams (Rose); aunts Janice Neal and Phillis Neal; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
