Chandra was born in Orlando, Florida on March 2, 1978, to the late Melody M. Clark and William  Babcock.  At an early age she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at Washington Shores Presbyterian Church, Orlando, Florida. Chandra pursued her education as a Graduate of Edgewater High School, Orlando, Fl in 1996.  When she relocated to Georgia, Chandra was employed by Terminix, Frito Lay, Home Depot, and The Gables Apartments.


Chandra was preceded in death by her devoted and loving grandparents Johnnie B. and Doris A. Miller; her parents Melody M. Clark, William Babcock, and Edward W. Clark, II. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Cedric Brown; her beloved     children Maurice DeChristopher Miller, Chaniya Doris Carter, Chloe Dianne Carter and Christian T. Carter.  She is also survived by her siblings; Kiandra Gilliam, Edward W. Clark III (Denice), Angelica Clark, Lindsay Green and Nicholas Babcock (Rachel); step children Kevin Brown, Cedia Brown, Alex Brown, and Cedric Brown, Jr; brother in law Eric Brown; her aunts Joyce Dianne Miller, Yvonne Denise Miller, and Joann Pappacoda (Andy); her uncle Johnnie B. Miller Jr; nieces Timiya Clark, Totiana Clark, Layla Burnett; nephews Jayden Gilliam, Doss Clark, Jordan Gilliam and James Gilliam; step grandson Kairo      Williams; Best Friend Saran DeVaughn; God Mother Stella McHenry; Special people Chanice Miller, Markecia Loyd, Jonathan Carter and a host of other relatives across Florida, Georgia, Maryland, South    Carolina and Virginia. 


Growing up Chandra was an avid swimmer and competed in several swim meets across the country winning numerous trophies and medals. She loved to swim even as an adult.  She loved animals including dogs, cats, and parrots.  She was once a breeder of dogs.


Chandra was a member of AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Post #30 having followed in the footsteps of her  beloved grandparents.
