Camren Tayshawn Salhab was born on November 9, 2007 in Orlando Florida, to his loving mother Melissa Smith and devoted father, Chad Salhab.
Camren departed this life on April 30, 2026 in Ocoee, Florida. Early in life, Camren was known for his kool-aid smile and famous dance moves. Words cannot begin to describe the effect he had on his family, friends, and the world.
As a child Camren loved to rap and dance. He was the smoothest kid on the block. He loved to feel fancy-going to nice hotels and fancy restaurants. He enjoyed being with his cousins and brothers. Always cracking jokes, dancing, and smiling. Camren was always cool, calm, and collected, and a true old soul. Growing up, he would tell people he was going to be a police officer, or be flyest kid living in New York. Camren was always appreciative of everything he encountered and all the experiences he had. So many of our shared memories include Camren. He wasn’t just around-he was the family’s rapper, bringing energy, personality, and something special to all of us.
Later in his teenage life, Camren achieved a moment we all celebrated-walking across the stage and graduating from Ocoee High School on May 30th of 2025, a testament of his growth and determination. He later went on to Orange Technical College and started his own business, Shine Time Elite Detailing Co.
In addition to his loving parents Melissa and Chad, Camren leaves behind his siblings Chad and Caleb, maternal grandfather, Arture Butler, paternal grand-parents, Rosa Butler, and Eric Thompson, Charmaine Salhab-Thompson, and Darren Jameson. Great-great grandma, Eileen Salhab. And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted girlfriend, Jennyse Feliciano-Rodriguez.
Camren is preceded in death by, his Grandmother Stephanie Smith & Great Grandmother Roslyn Smith, Tertulia and Rawle Thompson, and Flossie Joyner.
The Salhab and Smith family are deeply grateful for the love and support shown during this time. Your prayers and shared memories of Camren mean more than words can express.
