Betty Irby Obituary

 

Mrs. Betty Jean Irby was born on February 27, 1942, to the late Sindey Woods and Evelyn Irby in Camden, AL.

 

Mrs. Betty was the ninth of nine children. Betty was raised in a home filled with love. She always maintained a very close relationship with family and friends. Her esteemed love, kind gestures, and genuine heart were beyond measure. Betty always kept a sweet and humble spirit all the way until God called her home. We will miss her smile and love she shared with all who knew her. On Friday morning June 26, 2020, betty stepped across the threshold we call death. She is resting in the bosom of God.                                                                             She was preceded in death by her Parents: Sindey Woods and Evelyn Irby Siblings: Henry, Archie, Ida Mae, Mary, Evelyn, Sarah, Dorothy, and Ruby. 

 

Betty leaves to cherish loving and precious memories to her Two Son: Terry Irby and Jerry Irby of Winter Garden, FL; Two Grandchildren: Asante Irby and Yontea Irby of Virginia; Four Special Cousins: Shalonda “Yun Yun” Maxey of Ocoee, FL, Dianca “Funey” Maxey, Yarviae Maxey, and Alayisha James all of Winter Garden, FL; Supportive Family & Friends: Roene Shaw, Certeria Leath, Ruthie Powell, Beverly Phillips, Deborah Smith, Diane Freeman, Tequila Burroughs, Dorothy Smith, Latosha Phillips, Al Maxey, Vavall Leath, and Yvette Pack and A host of Nieces, Nephews,  Cousins, other  Sorrowing  Family and Grieving Friends who will miss her dearly.
