Annie Jewel Taylor was born September 29, 1936, in Honoraville, Alabama to Cannie Berry Taylor and Arthur Lee Taylor, Sr. Annie was the fourth of five children Annie along with her parents and siblings moved from Alabama to Florida in 1939.
