Andre Jamar Williams was born on March 20, 1963, in
Altamonte Springs, Florida, to the late Bernard Maxwell
and Barbara Rose Williams. He was educated in the public
schools of Seminole County, where he built lasting friend-
ships and cherished memories that shaped his life.
On August 10, 2025, Andre was called home to be with the
Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother
James, and his sisters Elaine and Terri.
Andre leaves to cherish his memory his devoted and loving
wife, Rose Mary Williams; his sons, Jamod Williams and
Ronnie Culver (Jasmine); and his daughters, Alexis Wil-
liams (who is joyfully expecting triplets), Lakeisha John-
son, Jessica Armstrong, and Brittany Culver; his broth-
ers, Milton Johnson (Lesley), Eugene Johnson (Nicole),
Freddie Merchant (Tracey), and Michael Green (Lynn
Mary); his sisters, Alecia Williams, Cabrina Stephens,
Charlotte Myrick (Laverso), Katrena Barkley, Ruth
Maxwell, Annie Gullins (Harold), Geneva Newsome,
Ericka Martin, and Laquinda Martin; his beloved aunts,
Rosetta Williams, Viola Williams, and Tena Bryant, and
his dear and devoted cousin, Carolyn Williams, along with
a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and
friends who will continue to celebrate his life and legacy.
Andre will always be remembered for the love he gave, and
the family bonds he treasured. His presence will be deeply
missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who
knew and loved him.
