Our beloved Aelicia Antoinette Jahalal was born in Annatto Bay St. Mary, Jamaica, West Indies on April 25, 1976, to Kerley Gohagen and Joseph Jahalal.
Aelicia accepted Christ at an early age and was united with the United Church of Jesus Apostalic. Aelicia developed her education at Coconut Creek High School. Unfortunately, she was unable to continue due to the blessing of her first child. Aelicia was a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She was a very giving person; she would give you the shirt off of her back if she was able to. She cared for her family deeply. She was always willing to listen. She was encouraging. She was a ball of energy; her laughter and spirit was contagious. Her smile would brighten up any room she walked into. Aelicia enjoyed spending time at the beach. She loved to be in the water. She enjoyed culture music from Bob Marley to Bres Hammond. There also probably wasn't a book that she hasn't read since in her downtime she would have a book in her hand. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and nurturing soul and gentle spirit.
Aelicia was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents who loved her very much.
Aelicia leaves to cherish her memory to her Three Beautiful Children, her Daughter Dameicia, and Two Sons: Joshua, and Caleb; Sisters: Phillippa and Phylisha and Brother: Alty; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other Sorrowing Family and Grieving Friends who will miss her dearly.
