Reginald W. Fencher was born on November 16, 1966 in Orlando, FL to Eva Fencher Hines and Willie C. Hines.
Growing up Reginald began his childhood education at Zellwood Elementary, Apopka Middle School and then later obtained his G.E.D. Reginald was no stranger to anyone and loved people from all walks of life. In 1989 he was involved in a hit and run accident by a drunk driver. Which left him as a quadriplegic bed ridden individual. During his last moments of life he was still “Tank” . That same loving cheerful, spirited type of person. He was affiliated as a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church where at an early age he accepted Jesus Christ as his Personal Savior. On September 2, 2018 God saw that Reginald was weary, so he called him from Earthly Labor to Eternal Rest.
Reginald was preceded in death by his Mother; Eva Fencher Hines; Farther: Willie C. Hines; Grandmother: Magnolia Neal; Sisters: Linda Woods and Felicia F. Brown; and Uncle: Jonathan Neal.
Reginald leaves to love and cherish his memories his Daughter: Ebony R.
