Ivette " Shorty" Acevedo

Ivette Acevedo, was born on March 11, 1965, in
Aguada, Puerto Rico, to Iris Mendez -Acevedo
and Eulogio Acevedo. For many years she lived
in Philadelphia, PA until she relocated to Florida
in 1995. she resided in Sanford FL. Shorty, had
an infectious sense of humor and loved to laugh
and make others laugh, she also loved to cook and
always put others first. She also loved singing and
dancing. She would stay up late watching the prayer channel, it would drive us crazy but it taught us
a lot about our faith in Christ. Her conversation
was always about sowing seeds and the love of God.
On Thursday August 16th, 2018, God dispatched
his angels to come and escort Ivette to her heavenly home.

She is survived by her loving children: sons; Orlando; Deltona, FL, Isaiah; Winter Springs, FL;
Cory-Dennis; Sanford, Fl; one daughter: Shadaie; Casselberry, FL; 3 brothers: Roberto Acevedo,
Eulogio Acevedo, and Geraldo Acevedo; 2 sisters: Iris Acevdo, and Lissette Acevedo; and a host of
nieces, nephews and the sorrowing friends.
