Clarence Emanuel Hastings was born June 18th, 1957 on the island of Antigua West Indies. He was one of the nine sons of Charles and Beryl Hastings who had twelve children. Clarence will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know and meet him, even in his last days on earth.
