Buffy Rozetta Thomas was born on February 11, 1972 in Kissimmee, FL to Rosetta Chappell and then adopted by Luberta Brunner.

Buffy attended Osceola Public Schools and graduated from Osceola High School.

Buffy leaves to cherish and remember her memories her Two Children: Starisha Thomas (Lagrayis) and Delshonti (Ashley); Step-Daughter: Octavia Burgman (Raymond); Brothers: Lenny Powell, Danny Brunner, Peter Daniels, and Kevin Brunner; Five Sisters: Robin Chappell, Alousa Thomas (Barry), Angela Curtis, Robin Brunner, and Diane Grahams; Four Grandchildren: Lanyah Thomas, Zariyah Burgman, Raymond Burgman Jr. and Adin Burgman; Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, and a host of Loving Family and Grieving Friends.
